"I really wish there was a web series of Elliot hanging out with his other friends, telling them about the insane group of people he’s met recently… ‘They all went to this high school that just, like, churns out professional entertainers, and, I swear, when they’re not trying to live with me, they all stay in one apartment that doesn’t even have any walls. Super weird, man.’" (x)

You know you’re an adult when you get excited over a well-stocked linen cupboard.

snh-snh-snh:

I keep thinking oh man, I’m so immature. How am I allowed to be an adult.

Then I spend time with teenagers.

And it’s like, wow, okay, yeah. I am an adult. I am so adult. Look at me adulting all over the place.

daieastreet asked: “How do you normally go about your song writing process? do you focus more on lyrics and match the music to it or do you compose the instrumental part first, or both?”

GIVE ME ALL OF THE PROCESS. I love hearing people talk about how they work. I used to love listening to director/cast commentary tracks on DVDs, and this pings that same place for me.

Plus, I mean, it’s Darren all casual and chatty in his kitchen. I won’t argue.
